CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
There will be no refunds or cancellations with the $1000 CAD deposit.
The remaining balance is due by June 15th to allow ample time to order and ship supplies. Up to 30 days before the event start date, you may be refunded the remaining balance paid, if a cancellation is necessary. You may also opt to transfer it to a future event. If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date, the remaining balance is not refundable
This is a life changing experience & opportunity to commit and challenge yourself mentally to do hard things. The first step to that is committing to yourself, mentally and financially to this experience.
Whiskey Creek Retreats reserves the right to change any part of the retreat as necessary. In the very unlikely event that Whiskey Creek Retreats must cancel the retreat, participants will be given the option to transfer all payments to a future retreat or to receive a full refund. Whiskey Creek Retreats is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
Please note your Responsibilities: 1) all clients will be required to follow the safety policies and procedures of Whiskey Creek Retreats (“W.C.R.”) and the guides’ or coaches instructions during activities. 2) All clients will be required to sign a Participant Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement in favor W.C.R. before departing on any trip; and 3) each client agrees and acknowledges when they sign up for a W.C.R. activity that they have significant responsibility for their own safety and that they agree they are ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE for their own safety during participation in a tour.
